Priced by dose, not by subscription
You pay for the dose you are actually on. Semaglutide runs $45 at 0.25 mg, $55 at 0.5 mg, $65 at 1 mg and $120 at 2 mg. Tirzepatide runs $65, $125 and $190 at 2.5, 5 and 7 mg. There is no monthly membership fee layered on top and no contract to cancel.
Why supervision matters
These medications work, and they also have real effects on blood sugar, thyroid history, gallbladder disease and pregnancy. Starting too high causes the nausea that makes most people quit. We start low, move up deliberately, and check in — which is the difference between a prescription and a program.
This is not for everyone
We will tell you if these medications are not appropriate for you. A personal or family history of medullary thyroid carcinoma, MEN2, pancreatitis, or pregnancy are reasons not to start. An honest no is worth more than a prescription you should not have.
