What we treat as a walk-in
Colds, flu, sore throat, sinus and ear infections, urinary infections, rashes, minor cuts needing stitches, sprains, stomach bugs, fevers, and most of the everyday problems that would otherwise send you to an emergency room and a much larger bill.
What to bring to a walk-in visit
A photo ID, your insurance card if you have one, and a list of any medicines you take. If you do not have insurance, bring $59 — that is the full price of a basic visit, and we tell you the cost of anything else before we do it.
When to go to an emergency room instead
Call 911 or go to an ER for chest pain, trouble breathing, stroke symptoms, severe bleeding, a head injury with loss of consciousness, or any injury you believe is life-threatening. We are an outpatient clinic, not an emergency department.

Do I need an appointment?
No. You can walk in any time we are open and we will see you. You can also book online through Tebra if you prefer a set time.
How much does a walk-in visit cost without insurance?
A basic visit is $59 and a more complex visit is $75. Any test or procedure is priced separately and we tell you the price before we do it.
Do you speak Spanish?
Yes. Doris Perez, APRN and our staff speak Spanish. You will not need to bring anyone to translate for you.
Do you accept SoonerCare?
No, we do not accept SoonerCare. We do accept most commercial insurance and Medicare, and we offer clear cash prices if you are uninsured.
I drive across the United States and if I have to go to the doctor, I try to go to Dr Perez. She really knows what she is doing. Her staff is awesome.
