Why this costs less than an emergency room
A trip to an emergency department for a sore throat or a small laceration routinely produces a bill in the hundreds or thousands of dollars. The same problem treated here starts at $59. We are not trying to replace an ER for emergencies — we are trying to keep you out of one when you do not need it.
Injuries we handle
Cuts needing stitches, sprains and strains, burns, splinters and foreign bodies, ingrown toenails, abscesses that need draining, and joint pain that responds to an injection. Stitches run $129 to $259 depending on the size of the repair, and we tell you the price before we start.
Infections we treat
Strep throat, flu, COVID-19, RSV, ear and sinus infections, urinary tract infections, skin infections, and stomach bugs. Most are confirmed with a rapid test here in the clinic in about fifteen minutes, so you leave knowing what you have.
Common questions
Is this the same as an emergency room?
No. We are an outpatient urgent and primary care clinic. For chest pain, trouble breathing, stroke symptoms, severe bleeding or any life-threatening problem, call 911 or go to an emergency department.
Can you do stitches?
Yes. We repair lacerations in the office. The price runs $129 to $259 depending on the length and location of the cut, and suture removal afterwards is $29.
How fast are the test results?
Our rapid strep, flu, COVID and RSV tests are run in the clinic and usually give results in about fifteen minutes, so treatment can start during the same visit.
